The RTI 6500 is a complete, ready-to-use system featuring high speed, reliable performance, and simple operation. The workstation layout includes a load/unload sample table, multiple cameras, lighting, monitor, image processor and operator controls.The RTI 6500 PCB Inspection System brings CR's high-resolution automated inspection technology to larger printed circuit boards, inspecting parts as small as 0402's. The 6500 continues CR's tradition of highly cost-effective vision inspection systems for manufacturing.

Just load the board, close the drawer, and press the start button. Results are displayed in seconds on the video monitor and pass/fail indicators. All operations of the system are set up using simple on-screen menus controlled by a trackball: No programming. Setup uses a "point-and-click" technique with a defect-free board. Thousands of boards may be stored in system memory for later retrieval. An editing function allows easy changes to existing setups without retraining.
